CloseOut Activation
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to activate the CloseOut module in BuildFlow. Activation requires Company Administrator approval and outlines the different scenarios for requesting activation and receiving acceptance or rejection. Alert! CloseOut is an optional BuildFlow Module that requires Company Administrator approval to activate on a project.
CloseOut Activation Request and Activation
1. Depending on you permission in your company you will see either "Request Activation" or "Activate Module"(If you are a Company Admin).
2. If you are not a Company Administrator you will see this message once you click Request Activation "Activation requested Your Name on 08/11/2024".
3. If you are an Administrator you will receive the following message via email.
Activation is accepted or rejected
4. The following message is sent via email to the requester and Project Administrators, confirming activation. In the event of rejection, a message notifies the requester and Project Administrators that the module will not be activated.
