CloseOut Equipment Turnover

Adding Equipment Items
1. Click the Sub-Category that has the Equipment Item you would like to add.
2. Click "Add Equipment"
3. Click this checkbox next the Equipment Item you would like to add. The list will populate equipment based on what the project specification CSI codes specify.
4. If you do not see the Equipment Item you are looking for select "No".
5. This will populate a list of all Equipment Items and you can select from this list to add in your Equipment Item.
6. Click "Submit" to add your Equipment Items.
7. Next select the items owed for those Equipment Items.
8. Click "Submit" for each item.
Adding Equipment Item Codes
9. Click "Add Item Codes"
10. Click this field to add in New Equipment Item Name. To the right also shows the Existing Item Codes that were already created.
11. Click "Next >"
12. Click the checkbox for the sub-items that are owed for each Equipment Item Code.
13. If locations are available, you can choose where each Equipment Item is located.
14. Click "Submit"
