How do I reject an RFI Answer?

1. Once the ball is back in your court, click the Reject Answer button. This will return the RFI Question back to the Answer Administrator and add a revision number to the RFI number.

Can I reopen a closed RFI?

2. No, If the RFI needs to be re-issued, a new RFI must be created.

Tip! Use Comments to communicate and the Share Link for distributing additional information.

Can I change a Q&A Workflow?

3. Yes, click on Change Workflow. This will open a drop down menu of Q&A Workflows that have been created. Choose the appropriate Q&A Workflow then click change.

How do I edit a Q&A Workflow?

4. Select the workflow then Edit.

Can I remove a person from a workflow?

5. Click the X to remove the user from that Role.
