Awarding a Bid

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to award a bid. It includes navigating to the relevant webpage, selecting the appropriate options, and adding the bidders to the Project Directory. Following this guide will help anyone easily and efficiently award a bid.

Awarding a Bid

Tip! Award Project moves the bidding company to the Project Directory.

1. Select the bidding company.

2. Click "Award Project"

3. Click "Add" to add a new user.

4. Click "Select All Points of Contact" to select just the Point of Contact users.

5. Click this checkbox to select all users.

6. Click this checkbox to select individual users.

7. Click "Role" to give the level of access the user will have to files within the project. This permission can be changed at the folder level when needed.

8. Click "Add to Project Directory" to add the selected users to the Project Directory.
