All of the projects that your company has access to are available from here. Your viewing experience is highly customizable and can be saved in multiple ways with Filters.

Project List Navigation

All of the projects that your company has access to are available from here. Your viewing experience is highly customizable and can be saved in multiple ways with Filters.



Project List Navigation

1. Click "Projects" in the top Navigation Bar.

2. Click "Select Buildflow Account", If you are multiple Account and would like to view projects only from a certain account.

3. Click "Project Status" will show you your Active Projects by default. You can select Archived Projects if you would like to see any projects archived.

Tip! All Archived Projects will show up in a dark grey highlight.

4. Click the "Search" field to search for a specific project name.

5. Click here to resize a column.

6. Click this text field to search within the column

7. Click and hold a column to move the columns to the left or right and sort.

8. Click here to filter within the column

9. Click the "Star" to add or remove from My Projects on home screen.

10. Click "View Details" to open the Project Details Panel

11. The Project Details Panel gives you a quick overview of the project.

12. Click "Project Details" to close this panel.

13. Click the "Project Name" to go to that specific project.

14. Click "Columns" to add or remove columns from your project's list

Filters

Alert! Everyone starts with the BuildFlow Default Filter. Project Search Tags are completely customizable from within Administration (you must be an Administrator to manage Search Tags).

15. Click "Select Buildflow Account" and select the project filters for a specific company.

16. A blue background with filter icon Indicates a filter is running.

17. Click here will give your list of saved Filters

18. Click "Clear Filter" will clear all active filters.

19. Click "Save Filter" will save whatever filters and view options are set at that time. 

20. Click this text field and name your filter that you would like to save.

21. Click "Save Current Filter"

22. Click the Star Icon to set as the default filter for the Projects List.

23. Click here if you wish to make this filter accessible for your company.

24. Click this icon updates the existing filter.

25. Click this icon deletes the filter.
